Pasta al Arrabiata (Angry Pasta)

Ingredients:

1 lb of your choice of pasta

1 bottle of salsa di ciliegino (cherry tomato sauce)

6 tblsp extra virgin olive oil

2 dried red chillies

1 clove of garlic

Chopped Parsley


Saute the olive oil, garlic and the chillies for 2 minutes. Add the cherry tomato sauce and cook on medium heat for about 15 min. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the cooking instructions on the pasta package. Drain and pour into the pasta bowl. Add the sauce and mix well. Garnish with the chopped parsley.

Serve immediately.

Best with penne and rigatoni pasta.
