Cherry Pretzel Bark

Ingredients
8 ounces OliveNation Red Candy Melting Wafers
OliveNation Raspberry Freeze Dried Fruit Powder
1 cup OliveNation Butter Pretzel Twists, broken or coarsely chopped
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the melting wafers in separate bowls and melt in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring after each interval. If you like you can put a dab of melted chocolate on the corners of your baking sheet to keep the parchment paper from shifting.
Pour the melted red wafers onto your prepared baking sheet and use a small angled spatula to spread evenly. Dollop the melted white wafers over and use a thin knife to swirl. Use a fine sieve to sift the raspberry freeze dried powder over the bark, then place the cherries and pretzels on top. Let set, then cut or break into pieces.
