Ingredients
2 1/2 cups OliveNation Callebaut White Chocolate Chips, divided
1 cup sweetened condensed milk, divided
3/4 teaspoon OliveNation Irish Cream Flavor Oil, divided
Fine sea salt
Green food coloring
Directions
Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on all sides. Place 1 3/4 cups chocolate chips and 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until melted. Add 1/2 tsp of Irish Cream Flavor Oil and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
In another bowl place 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until melted. Add 1/4 teaspoon of Irish Cream flavor oil and a pinch of salt. Add green food coloring, a bit at a time, stirring well until the desired shade is achieved. Pour the white mixture into your prepared pan; spread evenly. Dollop the green mixture over and use a thin knife to swirl. Top with the nonpareil sprinkles and chill till set. Cut into squares to serve.
