Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
1 package Callebaut Chocolate Mousse Mix 4 and 1/4 cups milk
optional garnishes: berries, chocolate shavings, whipped cream, fresh mint
Directions:
Blend the Callebaut Chocolate Mousse Mix in a mixer at high speed. Pipe the mousse into cups, sorbet glasses or ice cream bowls. Chill in the fridge and serve, garnished with whipped cream and a mint leaf, chocolate shavings or berries, if desired.
