Black Walnut Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

8 cups Caster Superfine Sugar

2 teaspoons Pure Black Walnut Extract

1/2 cup milk


In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Beat in Caster Sugar and Pure Black Walnut Extract. Add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency.

Yields enough for 24 cupcakes or a 2 layer cake.
