Ingredients for Cream Muddy Buddies

8 ounces OliveNation White Compound Chocolate Melting Wafers

2 teaspoons OliveNation Organic Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

1/4 cup OliveNation Vanilla Powder

4 cups Corn Chex

Ingredients for Berry Muddy Buddies

8 ounces OliveNation Valrhona Inspiration Strawberry Fruit Couverture

2 teaspoons OliveNation Strawberry Extract

1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

1/4 cup OliveNation Strawberry Freeze Dried Fruit Powder

4 cups Corn Chex

Method

To make the cream muddy buddies:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water, melt the white chocolate melting wafers and vanilla extract, stirring occasionally. While the chocolate is melting place the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla powder in a large plastic bag and shake to blend. When the chocolate is melted, remove from the heat, add the Corn Chex and use a rubber spatula to stir gently but thoroughly until all the cereal is coated. Transfer to the plastic bag, twist to close and shake until all the cereal is coated with the sugar mixture. Pour onto one half of your prepared baking sheet. Clean and dry the bowl and rubber spatula.

To make the berry muddy buddies:

While the chocolate is melting place the confectioner’s sugar and strawberry powder in a large plastic bag and shake to blend. When the chocolate is melted, remove from the heat, add the Corn Chex and use the rubber spatula to stir gently but thoroughly until all the cereal is coated. Transfer to the plastic bag, twist to close and shake until all the cereal is coated with the sugar mixture. Pour onto the other half of your prepared baking sheet. Let the mixture set, toss to combine and store at room temperature in an airtight container.
