Steak with truffle butter

Ingredients:

Any cut of steak

extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Black Pepper

Truffle Butter (1tablespoon per portion)

The steak marinade should be kept simple. Therefore just an olive oil, black pepper and salt marinade is sufficient. We recommend grilling the steak on the barbeque for best results. As soon as the steak is removed from the grill, put a spoonful of truffle butter on top and let it rest for 2 min. Serve and enjoy!
