Pequin Chile Salsa

2 packs Mutti Italian Chopped Tomatoes

4 cloves of Sweet White Garlic by Mas Portell, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

2 Tbls Mediterranean Oregano

2 to 4 tsp crushed Pequin Chile, to taste

Trapani Sea Salt, to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped, to garnish

Tortilla chips

Mix all ingredients in a blender and pulse a few times to mix everything together. Pour into a bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Photo courtesy of www.seriouseats.com
