Grilled steaks

Ingredients:

4 T-Bone steaks (or rib-eye or sirloin however cooking times may vary)

1/4 cup of Western Frontier Rub Dry Rub


Recipe:

Apply the rub to each steak and refrigerate for minimum of 1 hour (overnight for best results). Remove from refrigerator 1/2 hour before grilling. Grill each side for 2 minutes on high heat. Lower heat and cook each side for an additional 5 min. each. The cooking time is for 1 1/2 inche steaks cooked to medium-rare.

Remove the steaks from the grill and let sit for 5 min.

Drizzle a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on each steak and add salt (as desired) and a pinch of the dry western rub.
