Easter Blondies with Robin's Eggs Caramels

Ingredients
6 TBSP unsalted butter (for VEGAN option, use 1/2 cup vegan-friendly creamy nut butter)
1 large egg (for VEGAN option, use 1/4 cup vegan-friendly milk or milk replacer)
1/2 cup to 1 cup of OliveNation Chocolate Robin's Eggs Caramels
Method
Melt butter (or nut butter) and let cool, then whisk in 1 large egg (or vegan milk) until fully combined.
Add 10 oz of Blondie Mix and Chocolate Robin's Eggs Caramels and stir together until dough forms.
Scoop into parchment paper-lined pan, spreading evenly into corners.
Bake in pre-heated 350°F oven 20 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting, or (optional) frosting or decorating.
